As a member of the Take Note Troupe (A.K.A. T.N.T.) I, the undersigned, agree to the
following standards and expectations. I acknowledge that a lack of follow through on
these commitments jeopardizes my membership in the troupe.
1. I will contribute to the synergy of the group through positive camaraderie and an enthusiastic attitude.
2. I will put the reputation and image of TNT before personal self-aggrandizement.
3. I will put performance commitments above personal pleasure. I will meet with my parents to establish the priority of my obligations. (Parents must sign contract as well).
4. I will come to rehearsals on time with parts prepared and rehearsed and be accountable for all absences and tardies.
5. I will be a role model amongst my peers by being humble, positive, considerate & inclusive.
6. I will accept all cast roles without balking or grumbling.
7. I will develop a talent outside of TNT that will contribute & be a resource to the troupe.
8. I will follow the guidelines for dress and language outlined in “Troupe Standards”.

Mission Statement
It is true that those who instruct learn what they teach. TNT seeks to apply this principle while increasing appreciation and enthusiasm for the performing arts and the classics in the community. Performers and audience members alike gain insights and knowledge through TNT’s principle based productions and interpersonal skills workshops. TNT participants develop confidence and poise while strengthening people skills as they participate in activities that are “virtuous, lovely and of good report” in a fun, wholesome, uplifting setting with positive, proactive peers. Every effort is made to establish a supportive environment where opportunities to discover and develop talents abound. TNT’s high standards of conduct cultivate responsible youth.
